So good I never want to go back

Pros: Bed was comfortable
Cons: Customer service is non exisitant . So bad it is like a tragic comedy
Location: It is right in the centre of Kiev
The hotel does not recommend taxis - however there are taxis right outisde thier prmises . Their job is to rip you off, and they know it . But this is the problem with the hotel, they just dont care

Nothing wrong with the Hotel, room was clean, staff were polite, location was convienient, near to 2 metro stations. For a buffet breakfast in a 4 star hotel, I've had better but would recommend.

Kyiv - always welcoming.

Having lived in Kyiv for nearly three years we use every opportunity to return. This trip was linked to the ETU Triathlon European Cup and the offer for the hotel was too good to miss. When we lived in Kyiv it was considered a very posh place to stay - we can see now why ! Staff were attentive and cheerful. Rooms were fine. Views were stunning. Location - you could not ask for more. A pianst playing at breakfast - now that is special !

Dnipro Hotel

Stayed for 3 nights Location excellent - Staff helpful and friendly - Breakfast Good basic - Rooms a bit dated but does the job Taxi from Airport cost 250 from Skytaxi outside the airport Lots of drivers coming up to you and asking if you want a Taxi Make sure you carry ID with you or you may get a "fine" from the Police

Cool!

I honestly wasn't expecting much, when I was told that this was a state run hotel. However, my expectations were exceeded by highly attentive - round the clock customer room service, excellent food and stunning views from the restaurant at the top of the hotel. A very pleasant surprise all round.

Good location

I always worry when I use my credit card... And I hate people crowding. The staff could not understand, that when I wanted to do the transaction it was between me and the hotel reception.... And not the hotel hangers on allowed to crowd reception hearing personal information. Breakfast is very nice, and the piano has a nice feel in the morning. The gym is uninviting and a waste of time.It is a old ussr type hotel so don't expect to much. I booked a car to take us to the airport,they charged 310. A unofficial car arrived! And it wasn't until we could not get out luggage into the trunk....Because it was full of tyres ······ then I flagged a regular taxi and paid 200 uae.
