Loved the central location to the old part of the city and close proximity to the Nishiki Market:, which was amazing. Great restaurants nearby ad the Wagyu beef is out of this world. Very clean and comfortable if small but Japanese hotel rooms generally are. Only downside is that we didn’t opt for breakfast in the hotel but when we requested it on the last day we were refused as they were too busy to provide a western breakfast. Have never been refused breakfast in a hotel anywhere in the world and we were very surprised and quite unhappy as we had to go out and find breakfast when time was short. Not the end of the world but would have been straight 5s without this issue.

Great location

Pros: Very conveniently located downtown Kyoto meant we could walk to a lot of the city's landmarks, especially at night as it is very clise to the entertainment areas of Kyoto. The room and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast had to be pre-ordered (choice of western or japanese). It was fresh and generous. A free late evening snack offered in the hotel's restaurant was also a nice touch.
Cons: Our standard twin room was extremely small with no wardrobe or space to open our suitcases.

Nice, clean hotel at really good location

Modern hotel at the mainstreet, but no disturbing noises from outside. Room was small as they typically are in Japan but it was very nice and clean. We didn't have breakfast.

Emplacement idéal

L'emplacement est top, accès métro, bus et rue très animée la journée et le soir. Très agréable. Chambre très propre.
