Dear Guest. I appreciate your positive feedback about our hotel. We do take pride in catering to our guests’ needs the best way we can. As for the bed you had never let us know that there's a problem with the bed that we can sort out the matter, For the front desk even you don't see the hotel staff the owner always there at the reception, yes its not possible to extend your time of check out cause we having client check-in at 12.00am and check out time at 10.30 am as mention in our policy, we accept late check-out if we have room available but its peak season, we sorry if you are unhappy on your stay but you could had been at the reception for further assistance.
