Grüezi Anonymous Dies ist M. Müller, Geschäftsführerin. Ich habe bereits direkt mit Ihnen kommuniziert. Es tut uns sehr leid, dass Sie schlechte Erfahrungen mit uns gemacht haben. Es war auch ein grosser Schock für unsere Zimmermädchen, abgerissene Möbel zu finden, Eigentlich haben wir uns mehr Sorgen um Sie gemacht wegen Verletzungen oder so. Leider sind Sie ohne Bericht weggegangen. Ich habe verstanden, dass Sie erwartet haben, dass die Möbel uns Lampen Reparaturumstände sofort in Rechnung gestellt werden. Aus diesem Grund haben wir die Handwerker express am Montag kommen lassen, damit sie innerhalb kurzer Zeit fertig sind. Die Belastung an Ihre Kreditkarte wurde als Kaution belastet, bis diese Zimmer wieder verfügbar war. Wie per E-Mail auch geschrieben ist, wir werden die Kostenaufstellung bald senden Wir haben schon miteinander telefoniert und auch per E-Mail Kommunikation. Wir wünschen, auch, dass dies nie passieren hätte. Wir sagen, es war nur ein schlechter Tag. Wir hoffen, dass wir hier geholfen haben. Danke für Ihre Rückmeldung hier.
