There was nothing that we didnt like but we liked everything obout hotel and the breakfast was absolutely superb best we have had in blackpool

Nice guest house close to pleasure beach

Very friendly and welcoming . Nice clean and comfortable rooms. Close to the pleasure beach and sea front. Would definitely stay there and again.

Fantastic guest house, excellent location

Pros: The warmth, friendliness and that it was spotlessly clean.
Cons: Was happy with everything.
Location: Was a 5 minute walk from the pleasure beach. All amenities were in walking distance.
Had a lovely stay here. The guest house was warm, friendly and spotlessly clean. Fantastic location with a 5 minute walk to the pleasure beach. The owners were lovely and were available if needed and the breakfast was delicious. We stayed in the family room which had plenty of room for the children to play in and tea and coffee facilities. The ensuite was also spacious and spotless. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

Nice stop near Pleasure Beach

Pros: Clean and very well presented and hosts were lovely and served breakfast for us a little earlier than normal to suit our tee times
Cons: tea and coffee facilties and a bottle or water for the evening perhaps? Also be aware that breakfast is served 8.45-9.30am.
Location: car parking in the street but also space in their car park at the back.
We booked a twin room which was very well presented and comfortable with an excellent en-suite. The dining room for breakfast was also lovely. The hosts Mike and Sally were very friendly and hospitable and were happy to top up toast/juice and coffee at Breakfast. Tea and coffee making facilities but only enough for 2 cups each so if you wanted one when you got in then there was only one cup left to have in the morning; I am sure they would have added more but we never asked. Breakfast was very hot and whilst only one of everything it was perfect even for two golfers! Just a few minutes walk to the front and the pleasure beach.

Lovely hosts and spotlessly clean

Stayed for one night. Owners are extremely friendly and helpful. Room was spotless. Would of booked to go back there and then but close for winter. Breakfast great and cooked fresh. Already recommended to friends. Will definitely be back.

SIMPLY THE BEST

Pros: Spacious rooms,spotlessly clean.excelent food
Location: well located for trams/buses to blackpool,lytham,.st annes,cleveleys. .blackpool airport.weatherspoon at top of road what more does anyone want
This is our 3rd stay and another fabulous stay would not stay any wear diffrent ,mike and sally r very wellcoming .

Fantastic fried eggs!!

Pros: Parking and breakfast :-)
Cons: Moving it to the seafront would be good!!!
Mike siad he'd know it was my review if I mentioned the eggs. Mike & Sally were very friendly and helpful. The parking was great as we were in Blackpool to watch the airshow and every where was very busy. We'll definately stay here if we return to Blackpool. Thanks to you both. xx
