Good family hotel

The only downside is there’s not enough room in the hotel bar area to accommodate even half of it’s guests! We had to sit in the reception area at night and keep going upstairs for drinks because there wasn’t any room, and the hotel wasn’t even full!

Autumn Break

Pros: It is in a quiet area relatively well served by public transport
Cons: Bedrooms need updating
Location: Ideal for walking lovely promenade and easy access to trams and buses if staying for a few days buy a travel pass at £11 very good value.
Allocated a room on the 3rd floor at the front overlooking the promenade, the room was very dated and the mattress was uncomfortable. The double glazing was not very effective could hear the trams rumbling by.The room was however clean with spotless towels etc and tea and coffee. Breakfast was very nice food well cooked and large choice staff very helpful in the restaurant.

Improved hotel

This stay was just for leisure. However I use to work in Blackpool and stayed at this hotel every week but moved elsewhere as at the time it was poor for a Hilton. Much improved now and I'm told a change in management. It shows the staff were all excellent and I would return here for longer stays if I am to work in Blackpool again. The service seems to be spot on now as well.

Accommodated my large family .

We are a family of five and really struggle to find hotels with rooms big enough to accommodate us, this room was just perfect for my family and if we ever stay over in Blackpool again this hotel will be the one I book. The staff at reception we're brilliant, very friendly, just what you need. I would highly recommend this hotel it is one of the best I have ever stayed in ..

Quieter location

Great spot away from the main crowded location of Blackpool. Tram stop just opposite costing £11 for a 24 hours family ticket. Really worth it as parking can be expensive. Room was very clean comfortable and a great sea view.

One night stay.

Just a quick, last minute one night stay. But fantastic sleep. Nice room. Clean. Great and easy check-in and check-out helped by not being busy at the time we were there. No kettle in the room (?). No real issue. Good towels and toiletries. Overall a 4/5 experience. I will return.
