Dear guest, I am sorry to hear you were disappointed with your room, and that you were not explained to about the upgrade system we have. This could have possibly been because we were fully booked, with no option to upgrade. Whilst we are renovating, our standard rooms are at a lower cost, and we always offer guests the option to upgrade for a premium £10 or £20 for a superior. This price is per night.
