got to room and there was exposed wires from electrical sockets. Complained about and when maintenance man came he said somebody had loosened them and insinuated it was us. Later found shower left at highest setting and burnt myself. There are many more minor complaints about the hotel however take to long to say. The hotel staff did a great job at dealing with the complaints however I feel that you should not be complaining that much on 1 overnight

Dear Louise, I'm so sorry to read that you had some challenges while you were here and I shall follow this up with the team later. I'm pleased that the team did put things right for you and hope you'll try us out again next time you're visiting Blackpool. Best wishes, Alison

Man,woman and dog had a great time at this hotel

Excellent location as tram and bus stops outside hotel. Beach was just across the road. Away from the noisy part of Blackpool but only a few bus/tram stops to the Tower and Piers. Breakfast very good. Our room was lovely with a sea view. Well behaved dogs are welcome for a small charge to cover extra cleaning and are allowed in the large foyer where you can also have a bar meal if you so wish. We appreciated this as it was raining when we arrived. Staff were very very helpful on the reception desk, in the bar and at breakfast.

Couldn't be better?

Pros: It's location
Cons: You should only advertise what is included?
Location: Perfectly placed to take advantage of all Blackpool has to offer.
We are aged 79&76 and only one of could sit down at one time. This was supposed to be a superior room? The hotel was categorised on the Web, as having evening entertainment. If you are going to piggy-back on such categories, you should be held to task? We were celebrating our 56 wedding anniversary. No where we're we informed about the £5 per day car parking, nor the evening meal supplementary charges. We paid the same daily charge as an all-inclusive Mediterranean cruise and feel we were penny pinched.

Short Break

A very good 2 day break. Staff and service excellent. Both breakfast and evening meal super. The only problem was difficulty in finding a parking spot during the day.

Hotel room

On arrival at the imperial the hotel was really nice, pleasant staff, when we got to our room late afternoon there was breakfast trays out other rooms which I thought wasnt very clean. As we entered our room it was clean inside but then we realised the window would not open an there was no air in the room, we then called at reception and we was then offered two other room which where must better then the previous room. Apart from that nice hotel.
