Any constructive criticism is always taken very seriously by both the management and staff, as we all strive to make The Ciao Stelio Deluxe Hotel the best it can possibly be. The small step in the room can be considered a problem especially in the dark, but unfortunately it is a design snag that we are unable to change. I do hope that there were no injuries incurred and apologize for any inconvenience caused. I am so sorry and utterly shocked to hear that your room was not up to the standard it should have been, as we are usually praised so highly on the cleanliness of our rooms and the hotel in general. Although we did have limited service over the New Year period, this is unacceptable and there is absolutely no excuse for it. Please accept my sincere apologies for this and I can only hope that you can forgive this very unfortunate incident. However we are delighted that you enjoyed all the other aspects of your stay with us and we hope that you will give us the opportunity to welcome you back to the Ciao Stelio Deluxe Hotel in the near future.
