Along with a coffee shop/cafe, there's a snack bar/deli on site. You can enjoy a drink at the bar/lounge. A fitness centre, tour or ticket assistance, and coffee/tea in common area are also featured at Downtowner Boutique Hotel. Self parking is free. A complete renovation of Downtowner Boutique Hotel was completed in February 2024. This 3-star Las Vegas motel is smoke free.
