5/5 Excellent
"Great location for a stay with most locations to visit within a fifteen minute walk. The hotel lobby smells lovely. The rooms are clean and comfortable with good facilities including a decent hairdryer and towels changed daily. The staff on reception are firmest and helpful. The breakfast is lovely with a good variety of choice. Would definitely stay here again."

"Unlike last year the welcome from the receptionist was great. She was nearing the end of her shift and clearly ready to leave. We were made to feel that we were an inconvenience! If we hadn't stayed last year and knew this isn't the norm I would have been disappointed by one person's lack of service. However, the room was clean and tidy again. They think of everything down to bottled water, tea and coffee with a selection of biscuits, a decent hair dryer and even an iron. We were given a disability room which had a wet room. Good design with one lower sink for wheelchair users. We took an extension lead as the plug sockets are at floor level next to the beds and the phone charger cable didn't reach so the extra length from the extension lead helps. Overall a comfortable stay and we will return. "
