Danke für Ihren Besuch. Das Hotel steht seit 132 Jahren an diesem Ort, können wir leider nicht ändern. Wir wünschen Ihnen eine gute Zeit.

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer okay mit schönem Bergblick. Einzig die Dusche war mangelhaft mit sehr wenig Wasser und plötzlichem Wechsel von warm auf eisig kalt.

Guten Tag, Vielen Dank für Ihren Besuch. Gerne nehmen wir Stellung zu Ihrem Kommentar. Unser Haus ist über 100 Jahre alt. Das Wassersystem kann in Spitzenzeiten den heutigen hohen Wasserverbrauch nicht ausgleichen. Daher kann es bei hoher Auslastung des Hotels zum Beispiel abends (wenn viele Gäste Duschen oder anderweitig Wasser verbrauchen) zu einem Druckabfall in den Wasserleitungen kommen. Dies passiert auch während der täglichen Leitungsdurchspülung jeweils 5, 14 und 23 Uhr. Diesen Umstand können wir leider nicht ändern. Wir entschuldigen uns bei Ihnen für diese Umstände. Wir hoffen, dass Sie Ihren Aufenthalt trotzdem geniessen konnten.

Essen war Perfekt. Lage, zu weit von Dorf. Sehr freundliches Personal.. außer die Besitzerin.. Frau Judith.. kontrolliert jede Gäste.. alles was man macht, sehr unfreundlich.

Es freut mich sehr, das Ihnen das Essen geschmeckt hat und unsere Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich waren. Es tut mir leid, dass Sie mich, die Besitzerin, als unfreundlich empfunden haben. Ich versuche jeden Tag alles zu tun, dass sich die Gäste bei uns wohl fühlen. Ich bedaure es sehr, dass Sie mit mir nicht zufrieden waren. Ich hoffe, dass Sie den Aufenthalt trotzdem geniessen konnten und schöne Erinnerungen von Wengen mitgenommen haben.

Sehr netter persönlicher Empfang mit einen Glas Saft. Sauberes, funktionelles Zimmer. Wunderbare, ruhige Lage mit Blick auf Jungfrau und Lauterbrunnental. Sehr freundliche, aufmerksame Bedienung. Sehr feine Küche, das 1. August-Menu war super!

Vielen Dank für Ihren Besuch. Die Zimmer auf der Südseite, sind die Zimmer mit der einmaligen Aussicht. Das Zimmer, das Sie gebucht hatten war ein Nordzimmer ohne die schöne Aussicht. Vielleicht buchen Sie bei uns einmal ein Südzimmer, dann können Sie die Aussicht geniessen. Wir freuen uns.
