Where's the Airport Shuttle

After emailing the hotel. I was advised that shuttles had to be booked 24 hr in advance, or they may not be able to collect people for some time. I booked a collection from the airport to the hotel. My mistake was not to ask where the shuttle collected from, as it was not at the airport hotel shuttle pick up point, but somewhere else (I still have not found out where it is). After waiting 30 minutes after the collection time, I had the option of contacting the hotel to see how long before they could collect me, or taking a taxi. I took the option of the taxi which cost approx CHF40. Once at the hotel the reception staff of one person seemed not to be able to work out that I had already paid for my room, (When checking out the next morning a different receptionist had the same problem, & had to check with the manager to clarify this). Overall this is a good 'suite style' hotel, but the amenities/staff training let it done badly. As I was only staying one night I put up with the problems, but for a longer stay I think I would be staying in Geneva itself

excellent one night or longer stays

We stayed here for one night but would very happily have stayed longer. The 'room' we were given - a double studio, comprised double bedroom, lounge with double bed settee, TV, well equiped kitcenette (hob, electric kettle, counter top, fridge, dishwasher etc) and wet room (shower, basin, heated towel rail, cupboard space and toilet) the bedroom was a bit tight on space and the shower water did not drain away properly leaving a puddle of water on the floor. Doors led off from the lounge and bedroom to a private outdoor sitting area with table and chairs as we were on the ground floor - upper floors had balcony. A welcome tray - tea ,coffee, biscuits etc was provided - also hairdrier, tissues and lockable safe. The shuttle bus was very helpful as the hotel is situated between 20 - 30 minutes from the airport (depending on the time of day) and must be booked 24 hours in advance. The driver was very curteous, carrying our cases in for us. The reception was welcoming and efficient. It is possible to have an evening meal but this must be booked from the menu 24 hours in advance. The self service breakfast was excellent and varied - cerials, dried fruit, fruit salad, juices, croissant, pastries, pancakes, scrambled egg, sausages bread, teas, coffees and I'm sure there was more that I can't remember! It was beautifully presented, the staff very helpful and worked hard, cleaing and resetting tables quickly. There was a large turnover. Space between tables is a bit tight but perfectly manageable. There is a very good pizzeria/restaurant next door which provides excellent service and range of food. I would thoroughlt recommend this hotel which we thought was excellent value for money and we would certainly choose it again.

Bon accueil La chambre était pas très propre et surtout je comprends pas pourquoi la douche n’est pas réparé avant l’arrivée des clients ( support douche )
