Den Preis nicht wert! Dieses Hotel mag wohl ansprechend aussehen, aber bei näherer Betrachtung der Innenräume wird dieser Eindruck nicht bestätigt. Unser Zimmer war wirklich klein, keine einzige Möglichkeit, das Gepäck zu öffnen, geschweige denn irgendetwas zu versorgen. Nicht einmal Nachttische gab es. Die Treppen waren halsbrecherisch (wir sind 75 Jahre alt). Um den Türcode einzugeben, mussten wir eine Taschenlampe zu Hilfe nehmen, weil alles schwarz in schwarz ist. Warum hat es vor der Tür keine anständige Beleuchtung? Das Personal war weder hilfreich noch freundlich. Die Angaben waren absolut unbrauchbar. Und die e-mails, die wir erhielten waren weder lesbar noch verständlich. Wir können das Hotel Delaware wirklich niemandem empfehlen. Poor value for a hefty price. Your Hotel may look beautiful, but what is inside is not what one expects. Our room was very very small, with no storage place at all, not even a nightstand. The stairs are more than dangerous (we are 75 years old). To enter the code to our room, one needs a flashlight, since everything is black in black. Why is there no light at the door? The staff was neither helpful nor friendly. Their directions were not helpful at all. Your emails were unintelligible. We just cannot recommend the Delaware Hotel to anyone.
