Horrendous stay! I cannot believe that this hotel is classed as a 3 star, the room and hotel itself is so outdated and general cleanliness terrible. We saw rubbish bin bags thrown on the floor in the stairwell which had been left open by staff for hours - a serious safety concern. The lady on reception when checking in was rude and abrupt. The whole stay was horrendous and I would seriously recommend anyone considering this hotel to look at other hotels in leeds before booking.

Hideous time in stinking room

The only thing that I was thankful about this hotel was that we only stopped one night. Things didn’t start well when I had to clean the top of the bedside table before I could put my book down on it. The Carpet was stained and pitted and could not be walked on With bare feet, The bathroom was grimey with hairs stuck to the shower curtain. The worst thing was the hideous smell of damp, grease and tobacco. Stay away from this hotel it’s appalling

Really needs updating and paper thin walls

My husband and I just wanted a cheap place to stay near leeds overnight and this was it. It is rundown and basic but that’s ok. The beds were comfy which is important. We could hear every word of those in the next room and there was a joining door between them which made me uncomfortable as there wasn’t a deadbolt on our side. It does the job for one night

Cheap and cheery hotel with all you neeed

Great looking hotel, staff were very friendly with a easy check in. Didn’t drinking in the bar but it looks nice with lots of large leather sofas The double bed felt small and a little uncomfortable but the room had everting you need in it including iron and ironing board, hairdryer etc which for the price was a nice touch! I would say here again no problems

Disappointing

Pros: Convenient for access to the motorway.
Cons: New TV, refurbish the rooms and better cleaning.
Location: The hotel is right next to the ring road which gives easy access to the motorways.
The room looked like it needed refurbishing. The bathroom was dirty in places especially around the handles on the bath and the tiles. The bottom of the tap in the sink needed a good clean and the bathroom door had seen better days. The glasses provided in the room were dirty and had lipstick stains on them. The TV needed updating, the picture quality was poor and there was only a choice of 6 or 7 channels, the picture quality on some made them impossible to watch. On a more positive side there was a hairdryer and an iron and ironing board although there was a stain on the cover of the ironing board and I did not use the iron or ironing board. There was coffee and tea + milk which was replenished each day. I had a room facing the ring road and the noise of the traffic is quite high even at night.

Cheap hotel close to Leeds City Centre

Clean room with everything required. Free Wifi. Good location just a couple of miles outside Leeds City Centre. Lounges comfortable.

Good price for hotel quite close to Leeds centre.

Hotel lounges and reception need refreshing. Bedroom very good. Newly refurbished. Very clean. Everything needed. Breakfast good and only paid £7.50 as paid at check-in. Terrible smell in bedroom corrider. Supervisor said room had had to be "taken out". Overall a good stay.
