Staff were lovely. Friendly and extremely helpful even though they were havjng a nightmare with a card machine that wouldn't write the cards properly. Place was nice and clean and breakfast was great, packed bag with bacon rolls. Loved it!

My room ceiling had a leak in it that resulted in my bed becoming wet overnight on account of the heavy rain. I booked a double bed but was given a twin room on check in The address listed on the website does not take you to the exact hotel location when putting it directly into a navigation app (in my case Uber) resulting in us getting lost on route to the hotel

The stay would have been okay however I booked the hotel for the WiFi but this did not work and was very disappointing and spoilt the whole experience. Also I would recommend a more suitable enclosed restaurant and not open to the reception desk where people are checking in and checking out. The restaurant area was not big enough so people standing waiting for food and tables in and around the reception area was not the best.

Fantastic welcome

Pros: Everything apart from the beds
Cons: The beds
Location: Great location, very easy to get into Leeds from here.
Everything was spot on perfect but the beds weren't very comfy. Staff were simply lovely and everything else was perfect, apart from the beds. The main double bed was so soft it felt like a water bed (some may like that but we prefer it a little firmer) and the sofa bed was very uncomfy. Basically, if Holiday Inn had exactly the same beds as Premier Inn then I would recommend and rate Holiday Inn over Premier Inn anytime.

Very comfortable

Very comfortable room. Spotlessly clean. Staff very nice. Public areas basic and functional (which is fine as that’s what it is pitched at. They forgot to make up the sofa bed..they apologised and asked when would be best to pop up and do it. They did it as promised. Also forgot to put additional towels in the room, but a quick phone call and we had them in under 5mins Breakfast was a little disorganised..had to bunt for salt/pepper/sauces/cutlery. But food was good quality and coffee was very, very good! Will stay here again.
