Nice, clean hotel in a decent location. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool facilities were brilliant, make sure to book in advance due to current restrictions. The room was spacious but toilet felt a little small. I was thankful there was a fan as the weather was hot but when I checked the plug the last time it has been tested by an Electrician was in October 2020 so that was slightly concerning. Parking was £6 a day so can get quite steep if staying longer, should include parking in the price. Besides that not a bad place to stay and I would definitely return again.

Facilities were good, gym, restaurant etc, breakfast was also good. However the hotel was let down by the basics. The rooms were shabby and in need of refurbishment, broken latches on the window didn’t help the noise from the road outside. There were large gaps in the door that meant I was woken up multiple times by noise in the corridor. WiFi is not included in the price and will cost and additional 14.99, even the premium WiFi wasn’t good enough to stream Skygo without buffering. I would find somewhere else to stay if I was in this area again.

Great business hotel

The room was incredibly spacious and well laid out more like a studio apartment than a hotel room. Only let down by the road noise and staff walking past our bedroom window

Poor Trip

Room not as described nor included what I paid for. Hotel staff below par for what you should expect for a 4 star hotel - definitely not 4 star service. Disappointing. There is a much newer Marriott across the road, which I believe is better. Tempted to give that a try on my next stay & move away from staying at Hiltons.
