The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. The room was lovely and big, nice and comfortable. Very comfy bed and lovely linens. Was disappointed the restaurant didn’t open for dinner until 6:30pm which was a bit too late for us with evening plans. We ordered food from the bar to eat in our room instead which was a little slow in being prepared but was very generous in portions and tasty too. Breakfast was excellent. The area around the hotel wasn’t so nice and we wouldn’t have wanted to walk around there at night. The adjacent NCP carpark is VERY expensive for hotel guests.

Loved size of rooms and location. Downside was noise from room next door at 4am. Hotel staff dealt with this brilliantly though

In Leicester for work

I was in Leicester for work, and obviously needed wifi access. This hotel actually charges for wifi - and charges a lot! Yes, they have wifi - no it's not free! On the other hand, the staff went out of their way to help me when I forgot somethig. So, the staff are fine. The room is comfortable. Just don't come here if wifi access is important.
