Room size was good, bed was comfy and room tidy. Room comes with. Iron and ironing board and large television with plenty of channels

Good overall experience . Only stayed 1 night but had a very pleasant stay. Staff were professional and courteous. Had a nice meal in the restaurant on site.

Door card keys don't work

Was there for a Xmas party and when I got there with my dresses in hanger..suitcase and handbag had to go up and down the lift 3 times as the door card keys didn't work. Was told sorry by reception staff but got told to make a phone call from lift for the porter to come and sort it ! My colleague from another room went to reception to complain and was given 2 more cards to try... however another room had to be given to me as door lock was broken. By thus time I had 45 minutes to get ready .. was not happy .. was very inconvenienced.. reception staff ... one in particular did not care and went to assist another customer!

Nice hotel good location

Only issue I had was it's the cleaning staff ... banging on the bloody door and entering the room at 8:50 in the morning checking if the room can be cleaned when we had barley got back from the function we had attended . Given that we were due to check out later that day she could have at least checked with staff at reception regarding guests who had actually left She kept doing that to other guests as well on a Sunday morning . We were due to drive back to London so every little bit of sleep mattered .. that my only issue really

Very basic hotel and amenities

Shower and bedroom are extremely basic, this is not more than a 3 star stay.

Nice couple getaway

Our whole experience from the moment we walked in was amazing.staff were really accommodating. Rooms were clean.overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend and go again.
