Conveniently located but room not as clean as it should have been. Dead spider on the floor, plastic rubbish under the bed. Chairs had visible stains. Bedding, towels and surfaces clean, but floor and furniture needs a good deep clean.

Great hotel (well placed for East Mids airport when holidays are allowed again). The staff were all super efficient and friendly. Big shout out to Berni and Christoff in the restaurant. The staff on reception were great too but I missed their names.

Good hotel

Staff were all helpful and pleasant. Shuttle to airport was very good. £3. Sockets should now have USB phone charging ports. More tissues in the box.

Fabulous from start to finish

Ideal to start your holiday. Staff fabulous- so helpful and welcoming. Amazing shuttle service. Room was beautiful, with view of runway. Good value for money.

Had a wonderful evening at a Burns supper event c/o Maxine @ maruba events. The food was excellent and the hotel room was beautiful. Will definitely visit again.
