Sehr geehrter Hotelgast, herzlichen Dank für Ihren Aufenthalt und dem damit verbundenen Feedback. Wir möchten uns in aller Form für die entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigen. Wir sind jeden Tag aufs Neue bemüht alle Zimmer in einem technisch einwandfreiem Zustand zu halten. Scheinbar konnten wir den Fehler an diesem Tag nicht sofort beheben. Wir werden dies mit den verantwortlichen Abteilungen schnellstmöglich besprechen, damit eine erneute Fehlinformation vermieden wird. Wir hoffen dennoch, dass Sie uns mittel- oder langfristig ein weiteres Mal besuchen, um Sie von unserem ansonsten erstklassigen Produkt überzeugen können. Unsere Minibar ist seit einigen Jahren durch einen MarketPlace, direkt neben der Rezeption, ersetzt worden. Wir möchten damit unseren Gästen ein sehr viel größeres Angebot unterbreiten, als es mit einer Minibar möglich wäre. Zudem können wir so das umfangreiche Sortiment auch zu wesentlich attraktiveren Preisen anbieten.
