Freundlicher Empfang. Schönes Zimmer, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Täglich 1 Flasche Wasser im Zimmer. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Freundliche und schnelle Bedienung.

Wunderbares Hotel in zentraler Lage

Wir sechs Freundinnen besuchten wie jedes Jahr einen Weihnachtsmarkt. Diesmal haben wir uns für Leipzig entschieden. Es ist eine tolle Stadt. Das Hotel ist ein sehr schönes altes Haus und wunderbar gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen sind sehr, sehr freundlich aber leider teilweise nicht wirklich kompetent. Jeder arbeitet für sich alleine und unorganisiert. Teamarbeit und gegenseitige Information ist kein Thema. Es fehlt eine klare Führung und Organisation. Tischreservation hat nie geklappt, Essen war wunderbar auch wenn es nicht immer das bestellte Menu gab und dem Zimmerservice fehlte es je nach Fachperson an Sauberkeit. Schade für das tolle Haus mit wirklich viel Potential. Die Geschäftsleitung müsste wahrscheinlich ersetzt werden oder einen Managmentkurs besuchen oder selber mal Gast sein!

unser Rezeptionsteam hält für unsere Gäste jederzeit jede Art von Guest Supplies bereit, sprechen Sie uns bei Ihrem nächsten Besuch doch gerne an. Wir sind sehr froh, dass wir trotz der zentralen Lage die Möglichkeit haben, unseren Gästen eine gesicherte Tiefgarage anbieten zu können. Gewiss könnte diese etwas großzügiger sein, bekamen wir bisher aber auch noch keinen Hinweis darauf, dass Gäste ihr Auto beschädigt hätten. Ihre Anmerkung zu den Garagenkosten haben wir an die entsprechenden Stellen weitergegeben. Wir hoffen, Sie wieder in unserem Haus begrüßen zu dürfen und wünschen Ihnen bis dahin alles Gute!

Pros: Das Upgrade auf eine Suite und das hervorragebde Frühstück.
Cons: Alles war gut.Manchmal dauert das Warten auf den Aufzug etwas.
Location: Das Hotel befindet sich direkt gegenüber dem Hauptbahnhof und die Innenstadt ist hervorragend zu Fuß erreichbar.
