A truly memorable few days away

The Hotel was a very pleasant surprise, the instructions supplied to find its location were spot on, the staff who greeted us were friendly and very helpful, we didn't dine at the hotel because we wanted to explore the many restaurants surrounding and we only had 3 nights in Lueven, however we couldn't resist going back to the bar for a cocktail to relax in the very atmospheric lounge. the bar staff were excellent and very efficient. A perfect place to stay and we would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish

We were travelling from London to Leuven for a wedding and checked in late on a Friday. The staff were welcoming, spoke perfect English, told us about the amenities and the check-in process was flawless and quick. The rooms were by no means extraordinary but have a great modern feel and were very clean. The beds were also very comfortable, and the shower was lovely. It was also very quiet and was one of the best nights sleeps I have had in ages. The parking was under the hotel and was a bit hard to find, so I would advise to ask for directions and instructions before arriving by car (it is also 18 Euros per night for parking). The location is perfectly central, less than 5 minutes to the beautiful town hall, and within easy reach of the whole town. The bar is also a bonus - it serves lots of beautiful Belgian beer for a good price, with an excellent chill out area and with a free pool table and PS4. The overall feel and decor of the place is lovely and modern, and makes you feel right at home. We ate out each meal so cannot comment on the food, but it seemed very reasonable for the price (18 Euros). Lastly we were given the option to check out later on the Sunday as we were leaving late, so did not have to check out until 3pm - excellent service. Overall for the 2 nights we were there it was very well priced and a lovely experience, and a hotel chain I would definitely look to stay at again, highly recommended.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel.

Pros: die zentrale Lage
Cons: Bei Beanstandungen schneller handeln. Z.B. wenn ein Zimmerwechsel gewünscht wird.
Leider entsprach der single Room nicht meinen Vorstellungen. Aussicht auf den Innenhof, wo der dort angebrachte Küchenventilator intensive Gerüche ins Zimmer verbreitete. Man konnte das Fenster nicht offen stehen lassen.
