    Ok for 1 night not for a long stay

    Expensive for the poor conditions. My room was very small, water in the shower was freezing cold and the hairdryer was out of service. I ask the reception to bring one to my room after my shower but they said I had to go to the reception to get it. The elevator was broken and I was on the 3rd floor , not convenient with a suitcase ! They said I came in on a bad luck day.. well I will not go back there . There is no hair conditioner , just a shower gel for everything, no tea or coffee offered in the room and the heater was not working !

    Nice location close to the public transport to Lille. Room was a bit warm but staff garantueed that next year there will be airco as well so...

    Wont stay here again

    First they couldn't find our booking, so they said we can stay the night but we will be charge although we had already made full payment on hotels.com. the room was awful, small, not clean with a horrible smell. The staff were trying to be helpful though once they found our booking in the morning.
