The reception / bar area was OK, nothing special just a little in need of a refurb. The room was very rundown with stains on the carpet and dead insects on the window ledge. No air conditioning so room was unbearably hot at night,I know it is Northern Ireland but it was really hot! On a positive note there are some lovely walks in the country park next to the hotel.

The Grounds, restaurants and spa/ pool areas had a very relaxed atmosphere and food was excellent

Huge rooms with all that you need

Pros: the size of the rooms blew me away, HUGE!!, lovely pool area, great breakfast.
Cons: the wifi was patchy in my room, it kept dropping out,
Location: Giants causeway and londonderry are all a short drive away, great location
Regal home from home, so nice and welcoming, seems upmarket but very easy going. great wedding venue because of the grounds and location you do feel a bit special staying here,

An excellent hotel with very friendly staff that remember you from previous visits. Makes it more of a family break. Great restaurants, Greens and The Coach House with great food. Spa and staff also excellent. Highly recommend a stay.

Brilliant hotel

Great hotel brilliant staff couldn't be more helpful was suppose to staying for one night ended up stayed for 3 nights lovely restaurants n brilliant room service excellent. Spa facilities
