Nice hotel, Staff a little bit disappointing

We were there four nights, breakfast and the room were pretty good for italian conditions. We went to the spa center three times, but once the sauna was not working at all. The reception in the center was always empty, so we could not book any massage. The room was cleaned daily. Once we left a not so cheap bracelet on the sink before we went out and after the cleaning staff came, the bracelet was gone. We first thought that it has might gone with the dirty towels, but it has not "been found" yet. They cleaned well, but for our disappointment we think that the bracelet has been stolen. We still recommend the hotel itself, we enjoyed our stay.
