Das Essen war Top. Beim Restaurantservice besteht Aufholbedarf. Das Personal muss besser gefuehrt werden, denn alle sind motiviert wissen aber noch nicht gut Bescheid.

Sehr gutes Frühstück. Trotz Corona ist das Morgenbuffet sehr gut gelöst. Riesige Auswahl. Kaffee sehr gut. Alle Mitarbeiter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Kommen gerne wieder ins Bad Schachen.

Tolles Hotel mit super Lage. Enttäuscht über Service im Restaurant, viel zu lange Wartezeiten bis nur schon jemand Bestellung aufnimmt. Koordination muss unbedingt verbessert werden.

Ausserordentlich zuvorkommendes Personal. Wir mussten schon vor dem Frühstück verreisen und bekamen ein reichlich assortiertes Lunchpaket. Die Lage des Hauses ist wunderschön. Wir hatten nur wenig Zeit, aber ich würde gerne ein anderes Mal mehr Zeit dort verbringen.
