Nice hotel

The hotel was nice, good location, staff were helpful, just the breakfast wasn't worth the price.

Decent hotel

Pros: Lobby
Cons: More space in the Superior Double Room
Nice enough hotel. I booked a Superior Double Room with Extra Bed however the room was quite cramped with all three of us. Robe and slippers were provided which was a nice touch.

A Thoroughly enjoyed family holiday.

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff extremely helpful. We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was really good as well. Though we would leave after breakfast and come late at night but still enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

First Time Weekend in Lisbon

Brilliant hotel, located in a lovely neighbourhood with a metro station nearby which allows you the freedom to go out to Cascais for the beaches. Staff were very helpful and pleasant to everyone who walked in or out, opening the door as you approached. Rooms were nice and clean, with nice views available.

Das Hotel fanden wir ziemlich gut. Wir kamen schon ein paar Stunden verspätet im Hotel an, jedoch war unser Zimmer noch nicht bereit. Wir mussten erst 20Minuten warten bis wir ein Zimmer bekamen. Nun der Schock, dieses Zimmer war schon besetzt. Nach einer Reklamation an der Rezeption und weiteren 10Minuten Wartezeit bekamen wir endlich unser richtiges Zimmer. Es war modern eingerichtet. Jedoch war das Hotel sehr hellhörig und auch der Lärm von draussen war immer wieder zu hören. In der einen Nacht war der Strassenlärm sehr unangenehm. Ansonsten war das Personal ganz freundlich und zuvorkommend.
