Nice hotel and close to all amenities.

Could do with coffee supply in the room. Opening time for swimming pool should be a little longer, may be until 9pm rather than closing at 7.30pm.

Great hotel with a nice touch!

Pros: Everything
Cons: shuttle service charge
Location: Location is pretty good with a big shopping mall nearby and another one the Court Engles at a walking distance.
Had a short stay in the hotel for 3 days and was pleasantly surprised with a room view, service, food and a good breakfast buffet. I didn't use hotel's shuttle service to and from the airport, but I think it is overpriced at Eur 50 per person, when you can get a cab fir Eur 10 - 20. Otherwise no complaints, great location and was treated for a nice cake and a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine for my birthday, which was a total surprise. Will stay again when in Lisbon next time!

Nice hotel + views but need some improvements

Overall this hotel was lovely but we were disappointed with the service. We had come from farso had requested early check in and the receptionist made no attempt to make us feel comfortable.We were told to go for a walk even though it was raining heavily, we asked for an umbrella and was told we would only get one once we checked in, which I thought was ridiculous. The Ac in the room didnt work and maintainance simply told us to open the window, the beds don’t gave real bedding just a sheet thrown over which was tacky. The spa was not available and we were not informed until we arrived very disappointed.

Sometimes it is difficult to consider an early check-in, when we have very high occupancy. But our staff can make suggestions, how to spend some time around, and providing an umbrella shouldn't be any issue. Wir wahren für 4 Nächte im Hotel.Netter Empfang.Für uns ein schönes Hotel.Super Frühstück auswahl.Gutes Abendessen.Top lage.Bus und Tram vor der Haustür.Metro auch nicht weit weg. Würden es wieder nehmen.
