The hotel was modern and clean and bright. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Room was a good size with comfortable beds and a great view from the balcony! Would have been better if the light on the balcony at night could have turned off as it shone into the room through gaps in curtains.

Das Bett hatte Haare drauf und war Sandig, sonst war die lage ruig und gut. Im Badezimmer hat die Putzfrau so gereinigt das man es noch Riechen konnte war glaub Essig musste fast kotzen, sonst war es ganz okee.

Hotel motto ”We love our guests” truly shows: the customer experience was nothing but excellent during our stay. The hotel facilities could use some remodeling or touching up, years have left their mark - but despite of that, everything is tidy and working. Would definitely stay there again! :)

Le personnel ne parle pas francais pourtant grand nombre de clients francophones. Equipements insuffisants en chambre pour un 4 etoiles(bouilloire) . Menage fait trop tardivement 16/17 heure. Buffet restaurant trop cher. Sinon, tres bon hotel bien situé, son petit dejeuner tres copieux et varié et sa gallerie marchande et un plus. Je recommande.
