Sehr Empfehlenswert

Pros: Die aufmerksamen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter und die Lage des Hotels
Cons: Das Angebot für Mittag- und Abendessen ist etwas exklusiv. Das Personal macht jedoch alles um den persönlichen Wünschen gerecht zu werden.
Location: Ideal zum Flughafen und ins Zentrum von Lissabon. Taxis stehen praktisch immer bereit vor der Türe.
Wir waren für drei Wochen im SANA Metropolitan Hotel Lisbon und haben uns jederzeit sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Das Personal ist äusserst zuvorkommend, aufmerksam, diskret und hilfsbereit Die Lage ist ideal zum Flughafen und ins Zentrum von Lissabon. Das Frühstück-Buffet hat alles was es braucht für einen guten Start in den Tag. Gerne wieder meine erste Wahl in Lissabon.

l'hôtel est bien en général, situé à 10min de marche du métro. Les chambres mériteraient un petit rafraîchissement. Il n'y a qu'une seule prise de disponible dans la chambre, ce qui est peu quand on a plein de choses à recharger. Nous avions une fuite dans la douche. A part ça nous avons apprécié la gentillesse du personnel et la qualité du petit déjeuné.

Sauberes Durchschnittshotel

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und von der Ausstattung ok. Leider war die Matraze sehr hart und unbequem. Tv und wifi ungenügend.
