This hotel is really lacking . There’s no cups for water or a coffee machine. There’s no hand wash in the toilet or shampoo or conditioner. It’s really missing a lot of little touches, our sink kept getting flooded the door of the toilet didn’t shut well, I wouldn’t classify as 4 stars. The staff are lovely but the hotel itself is in dire need of renovating as it can’t justify being 4 stars.

This property is Titanic themed and very opulent. Breakfast room is great as it is at the top of the hotel with a great view if the city. Friendly staff and comfortable room.

Stayed two nights, had to ask for the room to be cleaned on the second day. Towels and milk not replenished. Poor condition of room, bathroom floor falling apart. Lights kept shutting out and shower fluctuated between hot and cold. Roof terrace announced closed

Very dissapointed all round from check in to check out. Room was very poor, sticky tables , broken handles and leaking bathroom. Made several important requests which were forgotten! Never again

Better value elsewhere

Pros: Location is great.
Cons: Would take a top to bottom overview to get things right perhaps overwhelmingly cost prohibitive.
Bed was too small for tall guests, the shower was inside a large very large bathtub which took up far too much space in the bathroom. The coffee offered was cheap packets of instant coffee rather than ground coffee with a miniature brewing stand. The dark plush interior made the room feel darker than it needed to be making you feel like you entered a goth rave. Food in the restaurant was bad, I was served smelly fish which was out of date and the table had jam stuck on the edges.
