Excellent hotel which is centrally located within the city. Large rooms and good amenities within the hotel. Plenty of bars and restaurants surround the hotel and all attractions are within walking distance. Will definitely visit again!

Great location. Good spacious rooms. Although only complaint was the water pressure on the sink tap being low.

My friend and I, two elderly widowers, spent four night at the hotel, on a visit to Liverpool which we had not seen for many decades. We were very pleased with the hotel. It was conveniently located. The staff were extremely helpful and efficient. The breakfasts were magnificent. Everything was very clean. The bedrooms, though large and in many ways well equipped would not have been suitable for a family holiday at a long stay, as storage space was limited. However for our purpose it was excellent.

Well position hotel in Liverpool City Centre

Great position allowing easy access to all major sites within the City Centre. Clean rooms, friendly staff, breakfast ok, reduced car park rates at nearby Q-Park, a great stay for the price.

Check in and Location.

We were allowed to check in at 9.30am which we were grateful for considering that we had left home at 3am. We were tired and it was a godsend that we could check in to are room. Thank you to the Aloft Hotel for letting us do this. We had afternoon tea which was very nice and the location was brilliant and within walking distance of the major sites eg Echo Arena, Albert Dock, St John's Beacon, Mersey Cruises, Empire Theatre, Cavern, Liverpool One and many other places We have travelled to many places in the world and this was the first time that we didn't need public transport because all the sites were so close to are hotel. Hotel staff were very helpful and nice. Breakfast was good and the hotel was beautiful. Liverpool was absolutely brilliant place to visit and the people were extremely friendly. Hope to go to Liverpool in future and stay with Aloft again. Nice memories.

Great hotel

Great location close to the Cavern area. 10 min walk from Liverpool Lime Tree station and about the same to Albert Dock.

Univiting

A cold poor run down hotel with no customer service . Concentrated on hosting large office parties being told upon check in at per that there was no room service as they where too busy and the restaurant was fully booked as it had outside functions . I was a woman on business travelling on my own and chose the hotel for potential room service or use of restaurant . The bedroom was poorly cleaned with minimum condiments 1 sachet coffffe 1 teabag and no toiletries . This hotel is not even travellodge status with no focus of overnight guests . It is a nightclub /large bar with rooms . The facility for left luggage was an unmanned room well away from the reception . This room was unlocked at all times with personnel belongings not secure .
