When I went to check in they moved me to another property down the road, clearly taking overbookings and moving you to another property. No pre warning, discount or allowing you to cancel. They made me walk the at least 5 minute walk to the other property in the rain, no shuttle bus, taxi or even umbrella. The new building is a run down building site with no lift. When I checked in at 7 the cleaner was still cleaning the room, perhaps someone had just been given the room and had complained how dirty it was. They took £250 deposit which you don't get back for another 5 - 7days

It was spacious, good facilities, the staff were very friendly and helpful. My wife and I didn't like the fact that we had to constantly walk around the hotel to access the car park at the back! Please fix this!

Student accommodation in handy location

Rooms are clean studios with kitchenettes. Curtains are thin and wifi useless. Taps are scalding hot or freezing. Arrived during a fire alarm with residents evacuating but staff no trained to deal with situation and had to be helped by a guest. But a cheap price.
