Had several stays here. You pay for what you get. Brilliant price for a superb location. Don't see the point in complaining about anything with the price so cheap. Would recommend to anyone who wants a good budget stay in a superb location of the city.

The hotel his fair price for we’re it is room can be very small And check out is bit early 10 am Also no parking or discounts park available now which was fantastic before as most carpark are £24 for 24 hours but use get it for £9.00 so if you are there 2 night that nearly £50 on parking vs £18 Hopefully easy hotel will get deal back in place

Thanks to the staff at the hotel for making our stat perfect. Small rooms but spotless. Extra pillow provided and luggage storage. Very helpful lady who cleaned the rooms also. We were very happy. Location is perfect for exploring Liverpool on foot

The staff are very friendly and helpful , the room was terrible room was so small Awkwardly laid it would be ok for single person but as double you can just about get round the bed , the sink was full of hair and black Slime , We stayed in room 311 , we been told that hotel will not be getting discount park soon there car parks are £23.95 for 24 hour stay , but £9 with discount Hotel is cheap but when you then start to add full price car park maybe not as cheap Would we stay here again only if there was no other hotels available , As said the staff are lovely

Basic & cheap. Also central to everything. Reception staff were lovely nothing was too much trouble clean towels & extra pillows.

Good location in centre of Liverpool. Very very basic room, have to pay extra for Wifi, tv, bag storage. No kettlle, coffee machine in reception wasn’t working. Woken up at 4.30am by a guy shouting and screaming about not having a room for the night. Appeared to be outside my room and felt very scared. Could not wait to leave and will never return.
