Dear guest, We are sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay. All our windows are secondary glazed which open but do have safety catches to prevent them opening wide. All our beds and matresses were recently changed and upgraded, and also checked and sanitised after each stay. Please contact us directly if you wish to discuss the matter further.
