Very happy

Pros: Nice clean quiet hotel even though it was very busy
Cons: The room was too small for 2 adults and 2 teenagers
Location: Fantastic. Opposite the tourist attractions. Very close to shops
Hotel is close to everything. Breakfast is fantastic. Rooms cleaned every day. Loads of clean towels every day. Comfy beds. I would recommend this hotel any day

Lovely hotel great location.

Pros: enjoyed the view & bathroom.
Cons: no.
Location: Everything my parents did with the 2 night stay in Liverpool, was done to the full. thoroughly enjoyed it.
Location of hotel was great, this was a gift for my Dads 80th Birthday, my Parents really enjoyed staying with you. I had previously rang the hotel ahead, to say it was a treat for Dads Birthday, the Lady on the phone said you could get a card & chocolates for his arrival at the room, which I thought would be great. Dad said there were 3 little packs of biscuits & a sheet of paper saying happy 80th birthday, a bit on the mean side I thought.

Good value for money

Good facilites, comfortable, very good breakfast, enough parking space, and a reasonable price. Five minutes walking to Albert Dock

Good Hotel convenient Liverpool 1

Pros: Proximity Liverpool 1, Albert Dock and Museums. Good for a night stopover.
Cons: Shower was a little underpowered, rooms could have benefitted from a little more storage - no drawers as such-small wardrobe shelf full of linen
Location: Docks, Museums and Liverpool 1 very close to the Hotel
Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel what you would expect from a modern new Hotel

Excellent location for tourists

Excellent location for all tourist attractions. Hotel spotlessly clean. Modern decor. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, self service with plenty of selection and as much as you wanted. Parking in the hotel basement which was a big plus and not overly expensive compared to some of the other hotels in the area. Only downside for us was the bed was too soft for liking, ended up sleeping on the sofa bed. This was our personal preference and should no means detract from the overall rating which was excellent.

Lovely hotel and very close to all amenities.

Great hotel in every way. The rooms were clean, comfortable and lovely decor. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly so we felt very welcome and comfortable from the moment we arrived. There was no noise at night even though the hotel was busy. An extremely pleasant stay and will definitely stay here again next year when we visit Liverpool.

Good Hotel near to City Centre

Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
Location: Located close to Albert dock visitors to Liverpool will enjoy the location
Although living close to Liverpool City Centre we booked the hotel to save travelling home late at night after our visit to the Liverpool Empire Theatre A low Taxi fare in each direction made the evening for us. As Hotels go the bed was comfortable and everything was clean and tidy. Full marks
