Good hotel for a few days stay. Close to centre and Albert docks. However I did pay extra for a room with Albert Docks view but did not get, unfortunately my partner was not feeling well first night so did not want to change rooms. The breakfast is terrible, probably one of the worst I have had in a hotel in terms of food quality. We didn't both having on the second day. Staff are great and hotel very well presented.

We have stayed at this hotel before and like that it is close to the centre of Liverpool, but still in a quiet area. The hotel is clean and tidy, staff are friendly and the fact that breakfast is included in the price is good, too. The secure parking underneath the hotel is also good and fairly priced.

The location of the hotel was good, the staff were friendly and rooms were a decent size. The only downfall was the beds. They were extremely uncomfortable, so much so that I wouldn’t stay here again

Very clean staff very polite and lovely! The only critique is that the breakfast wasn’t nice at all, the juice was very watery! Other than that it was a lovely hotel

The noise from the building work going on next door.no teaspoon for the tea and coffee.aircon only blows cold couldn’t get it it warm up

Just across the road from the Echo Arena and very convenient for our one night stay to see Mumford & Sons 2 June 2019. Lovely clean modern fresh rooms and cooked breakfast was included. Excellent value for money. Bit of a walk from the shopping centre, but good access to the dock areas.

We liked the proximity to local areas of interest (Albert Dock and its restaurants, Pier Head and Liverpool One shopping mall).Only dislikes were the car park ( lack of spaces and it was quite challenging to drive round ) and at breakfast time it was quite busy with not many tables available.
