Good location

Pros: The location and the friendly staff.
Location: This hotel is right next to Matthew Street where the Cavern is, and many other Beatle related bars. A short walk to the Albert Docks, Liverpool One.
Stayed for two nights. The room was a little small but had everything you needed. The buffet breakfast was excellent.

Classy Beatles themed hotel.

Very stylish room - 206- at the front of hotel. A little noisy at night from the pubs etc outside but no real problem. Try to avoid rooms on side overlooking Mathew street as these were very noisy until early hours. Lovely experience

I've always wanted to stay at the hotel and was very impressed mostly. However for the money and the 4 star status, I wouldn't expect the 2 dirty used drink coasters on the windowsill behind some very dirty curtains. Plug sockets next to the bed and a fitted mirror at the dressing table would also be better. I will come back but I was a bit gutted.

Awesome trip

The hotel was amazing, it was close from the train station. The hotel services and staffs were friendly, their help was extra ordinary. Would definitely recommend it to others. Definitely a hotel if you are a Beatles fan

Great base for a trip to Liverpool

Being a Beatle fan I really enjoyed staying here, but if you're not a fan then it won't be for you.

First class hotel

This hotel is fantastic. The staff are so attentive to your every need, nothing is too much trouble for them. We have just celebrated our daughters wedding at this hotel and it was out of this world. Rooms are very good. Hotel is right in the centre of Liverpool. Would recommend it to anyone.
