The location of the hotel was excellent the staff at reception were great and we even had a lovely note to enjoy our stay from the cleaner made to feel very welcome. My only disappointment was that it was a tad expensive for two nights.

Girls time away

The hotel was great for our trip. Location was amazing as very central. Room was great but very warm and air con did not work although as we were only there for 2 nights we did not complain-maybe we should have. As it was so warm I removed the quilt to just use the cover and the quilt was very stained-not so nice. Buffet breakfast was great. Staff were lovely and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Conference Break

The hotel was well positioned and right opposite Lime Street Station. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and the leisure area/ bar were very comfortable. The only real drawback was that our room and I suspect many others, overlooked the side/ back of the hotel which is next to a shopping centre - this was fine except the air con/ ducting fans started up at 7.00 in the morning and we could hear them even with ear plugs - fine if you were up early but no good for a lie in! - that was the only downside of the hotel. Great towels in the bathroom, soft and fluffy - would go back but would ask for a quieter room next time.

Holiday Inn Liverpool

Great location across road from train station. Hotel very modern, bedroom clean, very comfortable and quiet. Good breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel in centre of city very close to museums, vast shopping area and Albert Dock 10 minute walk. Could not fault hotel in any way and would certainly recommend.
