good location close to rail and city. Reception staff very informative about the city which was good. Breakfast had a good choice. Room was comfortable and clean, however our sleep was disturbed all night by constant noise (generator?) room number 444.

Excellent central location for all the tourist areas. Longest walk was to Albert Dock which was only 10 mins away . Train station empire theatre and world museum on the doorstep ! Beware £100 is taken from a card on check in !! Overall would recommend this hotel as will still allow a family consisting of 3 adults and 1 child stay in a family room other hotels would only offer 2 rooms.

Great service & excellent location

Pros: Ease of check in, location & car park
Cons: Nothing
Location: A very short walk from St Johns Market
Reception staff were excellent especially Alan who allowed us to check in early to get ready for a wedding The hotel is in a perfect location opposite St George’s Hall & 2 mins from Lime st station Car parking in Queens Square Car park is £12 payable at reception & you can leave your car there overnight & all the next day even after you have checked out - brilliant!

Lovely hotel

Pros: Friendly and welcoming staff
Location: Very handy for train station and centally located for mostattractions
Celebrating wedding anniversary and always enjoy staying at marriott hotels ,,standard is always good

Not value for money

I stayed with my two daughters. We arrived after 3pm wanting to freshen up and go straight out but had to wait till an hour after official check in as our room wasn't ready - ' the hotel was full last night ' didn't really cut it as an acceptable excise. However the staff were all lovely and I wasn't going to shoot the messenger but it did muck our arrangements up and when paying £300 for a double with sofa bed I didn't anticipate anything other than top notch service

Amazing stay for our anniversary weekend

We booked online, great price. We mentioned it was our anniversary. When we arrived the hotel was beautiful the staff was very welcoming and upgraded us for free with it being our anniversary. We went to the room to find some lovely touches. A banner saying happy anniversary, postcard saying happy anniversary, water, tea and coffee, toiletries, dressing gown and slippers. The bed was amazing we slept so well. A member of staff came to check we was ok and if we needed anything. The room had a few stains and marks but generally very clean. Overall we had an amazing stay and we will definitely be returning in the future. I would highly recommend.

Nice central hotel

Cons: Inform guests when party's are on and consider where you put them, especially when paid price we did.
Booked well in advance as we wanted to be central and near station, paid quite a lot for one night stay in a Superior room. We weren't aware/told that the hotel had a Christmas Party booked which was held on the first floor and we were on the second so were kept awake by the disco and party goers so had very little sleep!
