We do not have the car park access codes displayed around the building for security reasons but the codes are given upon arrival. Dear Guest many thanks for your review. We do advise on the websites and confirmations that we do not operate a 24 hour reception which is the reason why we have a separate guest entrance. I am sorry that you had an issue with the telephone if you had brought this to our attention we would have looked into this for you.
