Lifts don’t work properly, mini bar fridge empty, no water in the room etc asked for a receipt just told to get it off Expedia didn’t even book through them. Last stay for me in this hotel. Shame.

Not really nice the room smells room is way too hot the window don’t open table lamp don’t work really not worth the price lift is not working properly will never stay here

Late check out was offered and taken up. Breakfast was offered on check in special price 9.95 and it was served until 12 fabulous made our weekend

It was a great hotel expect that in both the rooms the TV signal was interrupted so no TV. Also when we tried to ring in advance and talk about parking options the Reception phone rang and rang and rang and we had to give up. We could see why when we checked in, big queue and one lady checking people in. Lovely staff but they are clearly under resourced.

Good place showing its age

We've stayed at the Radisson a couple of times now. It's a decent hotel, staff are great, place is clean and location is good enough. It's showing its age a bit now and really needs a refresh, especially the rooms could use some modernizing. More power sockets would be great and the chez lounge in our room was pretty ugly.

liverpool show

Had a fantastic stay overnight at the Raddison hotel in Liverpool would definitly recommend and return again to family and friends , hotel staff were wonderful and very freindly excellent service .

Location: Walk to the docks or town centre, it's easy.

lovely hotel, great spa facilities

Pros: spa
Cons: like most hotels, you can't open the windows to let in any fresh air. Makes for an unrestful stay. dry throat etc
Location: lots to do in liverpool, best to google
Stayed here for 2 nights, has an international feel to the hotel. easy check in. Fab spa facilities. clean well equipped rooms

Brilliant location

Excellent reception staff, very comfortable beds, clean and pool facilities all very good. Only downside £25 parking, but parking available on the street with parking meters and free overnight until 8am then you can pay by phone and stay 2 hours
