excellent for lime street station

Pros: It's position as we had an early departure from Lime Street station (4 minutes to the platform) and a very late return on a special rail outing.
Cons: our room was showing signs of usage cracked toilet basin, dressing table badly damaged-this was a superior room !
the staff were very friendly and the evening meal was fine ,we had booked a restaurant in Liverpool but the weather was cold and wet so we ate at the Liner

Very clean with pleasant, helpfull staff.

My friend needs a walk in shower but the accessible room was unavailable for the first night but the manager upgraded us to the penthouse. Fabulous.

Fabulous, unique hotel - ideal for theatre trips

Would definitely recommend.... brilliant hotel. We stayed for a theatre trip and 2 days sightseeing - ideally placed with easy walking distance. Staff were lovely and welcoming. Rooms were great & price was brilliant

Superb Location next to Lime Street Station

Pros: Location and friendly staff helped to make this the perfect place to stay for us.
Cons: The room was overly warm so air con would be great. Some Guests believe that you have to slam the door's to close them, which at 1am or 630am is a bit
Location: The hotel is located 5mins walk from Lime Street Station so easy access to the North West by rail. Wetherspoons and Pubs nearby. Shopping area 15 mins
Stayed for two nights whilst visiting friends in Liverpool. Hotel is designed so you think your on a boat. Rooms large spacious well appointed and clean. Due to no air con room was warm so we opened the window but then got slight road noise. Bed was confortable and Bathroom was just right.

Nice hotel but hopeless for the disabled

Pros: The hotel in general was very nice.
Cons: Do not advertise disabled friendly or get more showers fitted. How many hotel guests have baths anyway?
Location: Very close to the main station, shops and pubs. A bit of a walk to Albert Dock.
I really can't fault the hotel in general but I did request an accessible bathroom. On arrival I was advised that no disabled friendly rooms were available but the bath was low level with grips for safety. The bath in my room was the highest I have ever used and the only grips were on the bath itself. NO use whatsover when showering. My friend was unable to shower and I was glad we were only staying one night. The staff the next day said they did have some low level baths but only one shower. I find this appalling in this day and age.

Good location near to lime street station

Pros: Location, staff, clean hotel and rooms, breakfast, complimentary cup cakes and bottled water.
Cons: There was a mini bar but no access or instructions - should be some form of information
Location: Lime street station next door. St Georges hall 5 mins, Liverpool one Albert Dock, Cathedrals, Bold Street all about 15 mins walk away.
Location is excellent 200yds from Lime street station so not far to carry your luggage. Hotel is converted office block so isnt stunning from outside but is fine on the inside. Reception is pleasant as are staff. Rooms are not huge but well equipped and nicely done. Bed (superior room) is large and comfortable. Breakfast (we had continental for £7) was very good. All in all a very good choice for short stays in Liverpool.

Breakfast

Nice comfortable hotel, attentive staff but the buffet breakfast was nowhere near hot enough.
