Very big rooms, very good facilities & car park on site. No air con in the rooms & quite noisy with it being next to the station.

Great hotel close to everything you need to see in Liverpool.We've stayed here loads of times and never been disappointed ,rooms very comfortable breakfast spot on .Overall a great hotel value for money .

Before checking out of the hotel the morning of departure, we were horrified to find insects crawling along the side of the bath (in room 411). They disappeared through a tiny hole in the sealant on the floor alongside the bath and, upon Googling, I think they were silverfish, which apparently live off dead hair and skin cells in humid places that aren't properly cleaned. I imagine if the bath panel is removed then there will be even more behind there. It wasn't expected at such a hotel and I am relieved/disgusted that we didn't notice them sooner into the trip. Upon notifying the hotel reception and Ebookers, no compensation was offered. The location of the hotel was ok, but most of the attractions were near the docks. The hotel restaurant food was slightly disappointing. The experience was fairly average. The parking, however, was very convenient and probably the hotels main selling point.

Came for a 2 day visit to Liverpool and theatre with a friend who has never. Even to Liverpool as she lives near Peterborough. My friend was very impressed she will come again as I have been on several occasions
