Well located hotel.

Pros: Its position, cleanliness and convenience for the purpose of our 3 day stay, focussed on the museum and bus and walking tours of the city centre.
Cons: Not much, apart from cleaning a little mould growth around window frame.
Location: Near Lime St rail station, museum, art gallery and central library. Bus tour stop near museum. Within walking distance of main shopping area.
We were very pleased with the hotel, its location and standard of cleanliness. Staff were very efficient and helpful. Good range of breakfast options.

Excellent base for city break

Stayed 1 night in family cabin for shopping trip to Liverpool. Location excellent, just to side of Lime Street Station, 10 minutes walk to main shopping area and waterfront. Car parking at side of hotel. Room was very clean and fresh and ideal family room for family with teens - separate bedroom with twin beds, own tv etc for kids. Bathroom very clean. Breakfast was excellent. All in all an excellent value option for a true family room (not sofa beds) in Liverpool city centre - couldn't fault anything.

A great location.

Pros: Locatio, location, location. The staff were polite and very helpful.
Cons: For what I paid, I have no criticisms.
I was attending the BBC Sports Personality of the Year. The car park was free and adjacent to the hotel. Next to Lime Street Station and ideal for Liverpool nightlife. Very good value. Lovely breakfast!
