Nice hotel but hopeless for the disabled

Pros: The hotel in general was very nice.
Cons: Do not advertise disabled friendly or get more showers fitted. How many hotel guests have baths anyway?
Location: Very close to the main station, shops and pubs. A bit of a walk to Albert Dock.
I really can't fault the hotel in general but I did request an accessible bathroom. On arrival I was advised that no disabled friendly rooms were available but the bath was low level with grips for safety. The bath in my room was the highest I have ever used and the only grips were on the bath itself. NO use whatsover when showering. My friend was unable to shower and I was glad we were only staying one night. The staff the next day said they did have some low level baths but only one shower. I find this appalling in this day and age.

Good location near to lime street station

Pros: Location, staff, clean hotel and rooms, breakfast, complimentary cup cakes and bottled water.
Cons: There was a mini bar but no access or instructions - should be some form of information
Location: Lime street station next door. St Georges hall 5 mins, Liverpool one Albert Dock, Cathedrals, Bold Street all about 15 mins walk away.
Location is excellent 200yds from Lime street station so not far to carry your luggage. Hotel is converted office block so isnt stunning from outside but is fine on the inside. Reception is pleasant as are staff. Rooms are not huge but well equipped and nicely done. Bed (superior room) is large and comfortable. Breakfast (we had continental for £7) was very good. All in all a very good choice for short stays in Liverpool.

Perfect Location

The Liner Hotel in Liverpool is extremely ideal for enjoying the local attractions and has the added bonus of a free car park for guests too. Breakfast is buffet and has plenty of choice. Both my husband and I would stay at this hotel again.

The Liner Hotel Liverpool

Pros: friendliness of staff, the big aquarium as you walk into foyer. The bar was reasonably price and comfortable
Cons: Breakfast was warm, it seemed it had be cooked along time, didn't appear fresh
Location: Location prefect, near shopping centre, but out of the hustle and bustle. very good for Theatre and station next door, which was quiet
really nice welcome, sign in was quick. Room very clean with a wonderful Liver bird on the bed sculptured from a trowel. It was a really hot weekend and no air in the room. Window opened a little , safety , a free standing fan stood in the room , but noisey in night , slept on top of bed. otherwise excellent .

10 Minutes Walk To City Centre

Pros: Cabins, staff and breakfast
Cons: It's perfect!
Location: Well located, next to train station and a 10 minute walk into town centre, for shopping, eating and theatre.
Room very clean, quiet and warm. Good facilities in room including tea, coffee and lovely fresh towels. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was so good and located on first floor with lovely view out of window. Despite being next to Lime Street Station, the room was well nsulated and train noises virtually non-existent, so slept like a baby! Also right next to Liverpool Empire theatre. Will definitely be back to stay at this little gem.

Shopping in Liverpool

Brilliant hotel with ship theme next to Lime St Station. Love the rooms called cabins with comfy beds and adequate facilities provided. Have stayed here a few times but if the noise of trains bothers you it's not for you, personally I love it, it all adds to the charm. The castaway bar is reasonably priced and provides big screen TV and great bar meals. Overall I love it!
