OK

Cons: Get rid of sky sports in Bar and cater for people staying at hotel .
OK not really a hotel for business people. Bar is full of locals who don't have sky sports so come in to watch football, therefore no room for people actually staying at the hotel.

1 night stay. I have stayed before. Room good. Towels nice. A little complaint. Got back to the hotel 12.30 am Front door open walked in the bar having credited £30 walked in no person about waited 10 minutes. Went to reception no staff about. However l must complement the staff on the reception. Very polite and helpful. I Will be rebook on my next visit. Regards Steve smart

Guests running riot in early hours !

Pros: Breakfast was ok
Cons: Learn how to run a hotel would help
First night of two night stay was atrocious, around five O’clock in the morning, guests were running up and down corridors, banging on doors, lots of shouting and foul language, disgraceful. When this was raised at reception after breakfast, the reply was “sorry, all we can do is apologise” other hotels have a policy of refunding the room rate if sleep has been disturbed, will NEVER use this place again.

Excellent in every respect

Pros: Easy check in and out, plenty of parking, good quality & immaculately clean rooms and friendly, helpful staff.
Cons: Nothing obvious.
Location: Good location for access to North Liverpool.
I booked at very short notice based purely on location and price and was very pleasantly surprised by what I found.
