The rooms had dated furniture and looked very different to website photos even though we selected executive rooms. The rooms were not cleaned in 3 days even though we requested twice with bins overfilled. We were told the spa would be open in the morning, but then discovered in the morning the Steam and Sauna facilities would be closed for another further 2 weeks. When trying to book and a spa treatment at the desk, was told to go away and check the website for prices. It felt like we were a burden so didn't book the treatment and went elsewhere. The jacuzzi had a dirt film along the edge but on the positive side, the pool was nice and warm! I wouldn't chose this hotel again if I had a choice.

Great hotel near wedding venue

Stayed for two nights whilst attending a wedding at the lovely Knowsley hall which was only a 10 minute drive away the hotel was very comfortable and we had a lovely meal on the first night I had salmon and my wife had a chicken korma the food was excellent and good value for money drinks a little expensive bedroom would have benefitted from a fridge visited leisure centre twice which we really enjoyed overall an excellent two night stay

Great location

Lovely hotel. Staff very friendly, room spotless , breakfast very tasty .would recommend staying here . Will stay again .
