Superb location, right in the heart of the City centre. Great restaurants and bars on your doorstep. Friendly reception staff throughout our stay. Rooms spacious. I had great view of the Liver Building!

Central clean and great staff

Check-in was very quick and easy. Staff were fabulous and always very happy. Our room was smaller than I had envisaged compact but functional and clean. I didn't find the bed very comfortable and didn't sleep well due to this fact. Bathroom superclean and excellent functionality. My only issue was no soap for hand washing which is standard when any toilet facility is provided. Within 2 minutes walk you are at the heart of Liverpool One or the Albert Dock. Location is amazing for anything you wish to do in the city.

Easy check in and check out. Staff were very helpful and the Hotel is practically right in the city centre and very reasonably priced. Will definitely be staying again

Start on a negative quirky room numbers layout, a bit like a rabbit Warren but after that all plus points, room basic but we'll equipped, bathroom very nice, shower best one we've had!. Location great for all our needs, great price, staff very helpful.

Modern, friendly staff & great location

The hotel was central so the location was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was modern and spacious for the cost. The only down side was the noise. The walls were thin so it was difficult to sleep as you would hear people talking through the corridor and in their rooms. I also didn’t think it was reasonable to pay £2.5 per luggage for storage as this is usually a free service at other hotels.

Central hotel could be nice

My partner and I stayed last night at your hotel for one night Sunday 18th February 2018. We was given a nice warm welcome by the staff but sadly “again” the room let you down 1st The sink hadn’t been cleaned properly, It looked and smelt like someone had been sick and there remains was still in the plug hole. Leaving a vile smell. We spoke to Rebecca on the main reception who did offer to move us but at the point we was on our way out and only here for the night. She said she would have a look while we was out. When we came back it was still the same! 2nd the shower was a joke. It was warm, then red hot, then ice cold then red hot not possible to use. I burnt my self in the evening then got the cold shock of ice cold water on me. Then the next day it was my partners turn. This is dangerous and not good enough for any hotel/ bed and breakfast. 3rd The was a smell of smoke when we walked in to the room, When looked out the window the evidence was on the window ledge, Cigarette but ends. Again cleaning staff over looking simple things making the hotel being looked at in a very poor light This is our 3rd stay here and every time we’ve been here the rooms have always been ice cold. The heating is so loud you can’t leave it on I was left with no choice but to sleep in my clothing! It’s 2018 no 1950 this is no reason why each room is so very cold, But we knew it would be cold as there was a heater on the side next to the bed hardly a good welcome!
