the room was on 3rd floor and reminded me of a cabin in a ship in the glory days of that era,. very confy bed- red hot water 24/7
Amazing stay in the WOW suite which had a huge terrace. Hotel was clean and modern. In a great location of the city shops and a very short walk to the docks and more. Can't wait to come back to Liverpool and Stay at Seel Street, Epic!

The Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral draws visitors for church services as well as those that appreciate remarkable architecture. The seat of the Archbishop of Liverpool in the Roman Catholic Church, the Cathedral is also known as Paddy's Wigwam or the Mersey Funnel. Frederick Gibberd was the award-winning architect of the Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral, which was completed and consecrated in 1967. With its unique design, far from traditional in nature, the Cathedral is must-see destination for many. It is also the home to a truly remarkable organ, created by J. W. Walker and Sons, a crypt, and several chapels.
Within the cathedral lies a crypt, built of granite and brick. The crypt itself is host to the Liverpool Beer Festival, and even exams for students. In 2009 the crypt underwent a £3 million refurbishment that renewed lighting, added catering facilities, and revamped exhibitions - all for the benefit of visitors.
