Thank you for your feedback. I see we have not responded, but just wanted to say we appreciate your feedback. Unfortunately, Livingstone has had a huge mosquito issue, the joys of living in the Tropics....so this problem is not unique to Fawlty Towers. Fawlty Towers takes regular measure to manage the mosquito problem within our facilities but to be honest, it's not long before more mosquitoes fly in from elsewhere. We do our best by providing our guests with mosquito nets but we do recommend guests apply mosquito repellent and cover up at dawn and dusk and take malaria preventative medication. Saying that, malaria is not an enormous problem in Livingstone, but it's still wise to take precaution. As far as used cups and plates on the floor, as you were in a dormitory, we cannot control the behaviour of the other guests you were sharing with and we would hope you were able to request they be respectful of the other people they were sharing with. Our housekeepers do go into the dorms once a day, but cannot be on standby all day to clear up after messy guests in dormitories. Thank you for the feedback on lockers. There's a restaurant on site, as well as a coffee shop/cafe. You can enjoy a drink at the bar/lounge. Public spaces have free WiFi. An airport shuttle (available on request) is available for a fee.
