Parking was not readily available and was very tight once we finally managed to get one. Also, there was a lot of noise during the night which didn't give us a good night sleep. Hotel staff are super lovely, so no complaints on that side of things.

A lovely welcome. We had a room on the 2nd floor at the front of the hotel. The view looking right across Llandudno was incredible, that alone is worth the price of the room. Coffee an Tea provided all the usual TV, towels etc.. the breakfast was delicious and more than enough. We will definitely stay again

The hotel itself is a bit tired & in need of some updating & attention but this is almost made up for by the location & the views. We were on the top floor with a wall of windows & the views were stunning & lovely to wake up to each morning. The staff were very friendly & helpful. breakfast was good.

A guesthouse rather than hotel ... nice enough

Lovely views but the accommodation was only average. I have no complaints but no praise either.

Beautiful views though up a steep hill.

The hotel was lovely with very helpful staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable with excellent breakfast and stunning views.

Terrible, very disappointed.

Pros: Katie the Receptionist/Cleaner/Waitress was the only good thing about this B&B. The Views from the B&B are fantastic.
Cons: Too many to List I am afraid.
Location: Love this area, we will be coming back to this area but Not to this "Hotel".
This is NOT a Hotel :-( it is a Bed & Breakfast and the Breakfast was awful. The Bar was dirty with dirty glasses and the only Beer/lager was a can of Fosters from the fridge in the kitchen for £3. Bar staff was non existent, you had to ring bells and wait for them to turn up, Not really a bar This B&B is Dog friendly (£12 per night) but the room was covered in Dog hair. We do not have a dog and my wife had to take Anti Histamine to counter her allergy to Dog hair, requested a room move (refused). The bed was a (Supposed) to be a 4 poster (See Photos) it was actually a Small divan on wheels that was mounted on 6 wooden blocks to raise it up to look like a real bed. We booked in for 2 nights, If I had not paid in advance i would not have stayed one night. I believe at one time this was a really nice Hotel, but I would not recommend this Other than the Views which are fantastic.

Great little hotel in good location

Pros: We liked the location the Victorian style, the superb views from the dining/breakfast room and the huge cooked breakfast
Cons: Nothing for us, we will most certainly return
Location: Excellent location near to the Gt Orme cable car station and close to Llandudno main street. Parking and uphill walk might not suit everyone.
We really enjoyed our 2 night stay here. Hotel felt comfortable, staff were welcoming, facilities good and breakfast plentiful. Excellent value

great location with fantastic views

Pros: location in town and views over bay and beyond to Snowdonia.
Cons: Wifi connection needs improvement and some of the furniture was old and needed replacing.
Location: Can walk straight out of hotel and up the Great Orme, or the beach or the town
Room a little jaded but adequate. Staff helpful and pleasant. Wifi did not work in bedroom, had to go downstairs.
