Good afternoon Katie, Thank you ever so much for taking the time to review your recent stay with us. We are delighted you were happy with the overall design & size of your room. We will of course address the comments you have made regarding room temperature, housekeeping, lack of plug sockets & cloths hooks in the room as many of these issues can be easily rectified for future guests & to ensure all guests are satisfied with the facilities provided during their stay.
